Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of InterAI Single Member P.C.’s services—including NailChoice, an InterAI brand—and the related websites and applications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1) Account Registration
You may create an account to access certain features. During registration, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. By registering, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for yourself or, where applicable, for the organization you represent.
2) Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time via Account → Delete Account. A confirmation prompt will appear; if you confirm, your account and associated data will be removed from our active systems. This action is irreversible. Certain records (e.g., invoices/receipts) may be retained as required by law.
3) Our Services
Subscription to NailChoice
A subscription providing a dedicated NailChoice page (e.g., mysalon.NailChoice.app)

4) Purchasing, Payments, and Invoicing
- Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store card numbers.
- Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners.
- Invoices/receipts are issued electronically and delivered to the email provided.
- VAT:
- Greece: prices are exclusive of VAT (24%); VAT is added at checkout.
- EU/Non-EU businesses: invoices may be issued without VAT (place-of-supply rules) with a valid business VAT/Tax ID.
- Receipts (non-business) include 24% VAT.
- We comply with applicable Greek e-invoicing/tax requirements.
- No refunds (see Section 7).
5) Delivery and Activation
- NailChoice subscription: provisioning of your page/app begins immediately after successful payment.
6) Use of the Services
- You will use the services lawfully, without infringing others’ rights or disrupting operations.
- NailChoice subscription: you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you publish (text, images, links, policies, etc.) and for having the necessary rights to use it.
7) Cancellations and Refunds
For subscriptions, cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current term; it does not refund prior periods.
8) Content and Intellectual Property
- Your content remains yours. By submitting content to NailChoice, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service.
- Our content and software (including text, graphics, logos, and code) are owned by InterAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by law or by written permission.
9) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes apply from publication on the site. If a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
10) Disclaimers
- The services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the services.
12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
