Guests may access published property information through Stayinfo web pages, QR codes and installable web applications.

Where technically necessary, information may be stored on a guest's device to support application functionality and offline access.

Where guests enable notifications, technical identifiers or subscription information may be processed to deliver announcements from the accommodation operator. Notification permissions can be managed through the relevant browser or device settings.

Technical data may also be processed to maintain the security and proper functioning of property pages and applications.

AI-Assisted Features and Translations

Stayinfo uses automated technologies, including artificial intelligence, to assist with preparing property information and translating published content.

Information submitted for these functions may be processed by technical service providers where necessary to deliver the requested features, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

Accommodation operators should avoid entering unnecessary personal data into content intended for public display or translation.

Publicly Available Information

Property information selected for publication by accommodation operators becomes accessible to visitors of the relevant property pages and applications.

Publicly available content may also be accessed or indexed by search engines and other online services outside InterAI's control.

Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, technical operations, payments, communications, translations, AI features and accounting, where necessary for providing Stayinfo services.
