1. Account Registration

Users may create an account to access and manage Stayinfo services. Registration requires accurate information and acceptance of these Terms.

Users acting on behalf of a business or accommodation provider confirm that they are authorized to represent that organization. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

2. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account through the relevant account management option. Account deletion is permanent and results in the removal of associated personal data, except where retention is required by applicable law or justified by other lawful grounds.

Deleting an account may also result in the loss of access to property pages and related services managed through that account.

3. Stayinfo Services

Stayinfo provides accommodation operators with a platform for creating and managing digital information about their properties.

The service includes dedicated property web pages, installable guest applications, multilingual information, announcements, contact details, external links, and other guest information features.

Stayinfo also provides automated translations, AI-assisted content preparation, QR code access, and features designed to improve the accessibility and discoverability of property information.

The available features and subscription options are described on the Stayinfo website.

4. Subscriptions, Payments and Invoicing

Stayinfo is offered through paid subscriptions. Subscription prices, billing periods, applicable capacity limits and additional charges are presented on the website before purchase.

Payments are processed through a cooperating payment service provider. InterAI does not store payment card numbers.

Applicable taxes, including VAT, are calculated according to the relevant tax legislation and presented during the purchasing process.

Following successful payment, the relevant invoices or receipts are issued electronically and sent to the email address provided.

5. Activation and Subscription Duration

The Stayinfo subscription is activated following successful payment. Its duration is determined by the subscription plan selected by the customer.

During an active subscription, the customer may manage and update the property information through the available account functions.

Following subscription expiry, access to paid features may be restricted or discontinued unless the subscription is renewed.

6. Property Content and Responsibilities

Accommodation operators are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality and updating of the information they publish through Stayinfo.

This includes property descriptions, facilities, prices, operating hours, check-in instructions, contact information, emergency contacts, announcements, promotional content, links, images and any other published material.

Operators must possess the necessary rights to publish their content and must not infringe the rights of third parties.

Stayinfo provides the technical platform for displaying and distributing this information but does not independently verify every item submitted by accommodation operators.

7. Automatic Translations and AI Features

Stayinfo uses automated technologies, including artificial intelligence, to assist with preparing, organizing and translating property information.

Automated translations and AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions or interpretation errors.

Accommodation operators are responsible for reviewing and correcting information before publication, particularly where inaccuracies could affect guests' safety, contractual rights or access to essential services.

InterAI does not guarantee that automated translations or AI-generated information will always be complete or error-free.

8. Announcements and Guest Notifications

Stayinfo allows accommodation operators to publish announcements, notices and promotional information for guests.

Operators are responsible for the content, timing and accuracy of these communications.

The delivery of notifications may depend on internet connectivity, browser permissions, device settings and third-party technologies. InterAI cannot guarantee that every notification will reach every guest or be delivered immediately.

Stayinfo notifications should not be used as the sole means of communicating emergency or safety-critical information.

9. Guest Applications and Offline Access

Stayinfo provides installable web applications that allow guests to access property information, including certain content when offline.

Offline availability depends on the device, browser and previously stored information. Content accessed offline may not reflect the most recent updates.

Users should verify time-sensitive information with the accommodation provider when necessary.

10. External Links and Third-Party Services

Property pages may include links to external websites, booking platforms, maps, transportation providers and other services.

These external services are operated independently of InterAI. Their availability, content and commercial arrangements are the responsibility of their respective providers.

Stayinfo does not itself provide accommodation, transportation or other services offered through such external links.

11. Acceptable Use

Users must use Stayinfo lawfully and must not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, interfere with the operation of the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.

InterAI may restrict access to or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, taking into account the relevant legal requirements.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

As a general policy, payments for Stayinfo subscriptions are non-refundable, except where refunds, withdrawal rights or other remedies are required by applicable law.

Cancellation or non-renewal does not automatically entitle the customer to reimbursement of payments for subscription periods already provided.

Any mandatory consumer withdrawal rights and statutory remedies remain unaffected.

13. Content and Intellectual Property

Content submitted by accommodation operators remains the property of its respective rights holders.

By submitting content to Stayinfo, users grant InterAI a non-exclusive license to host, process, translate and display it as necessary to provide the service.

Stayinfo software, branding, graphics, designs and other materials owned by InterAI are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproduction or commercial exploitation without permission is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

14. Changes to the Services or Terms

InterAI may update Stayinfo and these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on the website.

Where changes materially affect existing contractual rights, users will be informed as required by applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

InterAI makes reasonable efforts to ensure the proper and reliable operation of Stayinfo.

However, uninterrupted availability, error-free translations, uninterrupted notification delivery and continuous access to third-party services cannot be guaranteed.

InterAI is not responsible for inaccuracies in information supplied by accommodation operators or for their independent commercial obligations toward guests.

Liability for damages arising from use of the service is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes relating to the service are subject to the competent Greek courts, in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules and mandatory consumer protections.
